1138 - Two great families, the Felletterusk and the Corelnesh leave their homeland to seek land to settle away from the crowded cities of their ancestry. They settle in an unknown part of Europe across from each other.

1317 - The Felletterusk and Corelnesh have grown into large countries and establish themselves as independent nations.

1375 - The Felletterusk Empire enters into a bitter conflict with their former allies, the Corelnesh over a dispute regarding the prince of the Felletterusk and the princess of the Corelnesh. Legend has that the two eloped and left the country, but the kings of the nations blamed the other. War and death came between them.

1384 - After ten years, the Felletterusk king commissions an alchemist called Voivode Draculya to try and enhance the strength of their warriors, or Piror.

3/1385 - Voivode perfects a serum which alters the physiology of the Piror, increasing strength and speed, but causing side effects of an inability to function in direct sunlight and an abnormally cold body temperature. The king orders the serum be given at once. Voivode warns that there is currently no way to reverse the effect. The king orders him to work on it, but the serum is to be administered to any who volunteer to the glory of their country. There were to be two ranks of Piror in the Felletterusk army. The old warriors, or Eltpiror; and the new warriors, or Fempiror. The Fempiror are divided into two separate ranks and disciplines. The Rastem (or Wolf) regiment were to be the sword-bearing foot soldiers who specialized in armed combat. The Elewo (or Owl) were to specialize in secret operations requiring hand to hand combat.

9/1385 - With the help of the Fempiror, the Corelnesh were not only defeated, but their country was decimated. They did not stand a chance against the very formidable speed and strength of the Fempiror. The Eltpiror hardly fought at all.

10/1385 - When the war was over, Voivode revealed he had not yet perfected a safe antidote to the serum. The Fempiror went home to await a cure.

11/1385 - The Felletterusk began to fear the Fempiror. They were different; they could not function during the day; their skin was cold and, to some, evil. The Fempiror massacre began. Towns and villages dragged their own brothers and sons outside into the sun to die, or tied them to stakes and burned them as demons. The Fempiror traveled to the capital of the Felletterusk Empire to find out if a cure had come for their lives were in danger. Voivode had nothing yet.

The Fempiror met in secret to make a decision as to how to live until a cure is found. The Elewo, headed by Ulrich, made the decision to live in secrecy until he receives word of a cure. He would send one of his Elewo every thirty days until one is found.

The remaining Rastem were divided. Some wished to stay and protect the people as night guardians and return home when they were cured. Others wished to take revenge on the people they worked so hard to save only to be betrayed in the end. The debate raged for many hours until they decided to divide. Those who held the Rastem name would protect the people. Those who wished vengeance would take the name of Tepish (or Bat). The Rastem believed their anger would subside. They were wrong.

12/1385 – Voivode finds a cure to the Fempiror condition. It is tested on one of the Rastem warriors on whom Voivode tested most of his serums. It changed him back into a human. He spent a day making sure the man was normal again. That evening, Tepish raided his lab and destroyed everything. Voivode tried to tell them that he found a cure, but they would not listen. They killed his subject and as an act of vengeance on Voivode for changing them, they give Voivode some of their own blood and change him into a Fempiror.

The Tepish sweep the Felletterusk land, destroying everything and everyone ruthlessly. The Rastem learn of it too late and watch as their country falls into ruins.

1386-1407 – The Rastem gather their forces and battle against the Tepish armies. It is a bloody feud that causes huge losses on both sides. Many leaders of each were killed. Finally, when the Rastem capture the leaders of the Tepish armies, the Tepish disperse. The leaders are put to death.

1408 – The Rastem code is established as the core of all Fempiror law and philosophy. This was in response to a realization of the Tepish threat and their idealism in regards to human genocide.

3/1409 – The town of Erim is founded near the site of the Felletterusk Empire capital in order to support the Fempiror and give them a home free from persecution from humans.

6/1409 - The Fempiror Council is established in the town of Erim in order to uphold and enforce the Rastem code. The Council consists of six members and a council head. The head is appointed for life or until he decides to step down or is removed from power. The First council consisted of Head Parashna, Members Karian, Zechariah, Jatarua, Malachi, Issachar, and Ghitish.

1415 – The Fempiror Council assigns its best minds to begin development in advances relating to speed and light. Since they can no longer live or travel during daylight, it is reasoned that those are priorities in their culture to develop. They have no desire to contend with anyone and stay out of the wars of the human world.

1430 – Fempiror scientists create a torch that self-lights. Using metal grooves against flint rock, they create sparks. Placing this near a flammable material, they created a torch that when sparked, lights itself. They further this design, by making a sliding cover that can be moved to douse the flame without water.

1441 – Fempiror scientists progress in the areas of science. They create a way to harvest power from churning water in a large pool. They use this power and run it through a small sliver of metal making it so hot, it glows. They learn to control this power and the first Fempiror lighting system is put into place within the council body hall.

1492 – Fempiror scientists create a small churning pool that is able to power a primitive engine. It turns the wheels of a cart, but does not have enough power to maintain any kind of momentum. The project is shelved until something else can be done.

1501 – Harnessing opposite magnetic poles, Fempiror scientists find that when enough power is pumped a powered coil, it floats off the ground. Current results are barely enough to lift the experiment.

1512 – Finding a way to boost the output of the small churning pool, they are able to boost the power of the engine to move a cart across the plains at high speeds on wheels. They find the tracks left by this heavy cart attract much attention from humans who live near Erim. Its use is soon discontinued.

1516 – Council member Malachi is killed when he is caught by humans in a nearby village. They tie him to a pole to watch the sun rise. He is replaced in the council by Tyronis.

1519 – Using the boosted output of the small churning pool, scientists are able to increase the energy of the levitating coil. It now has enough power to hold the weight of a Fempiror.

1520 – The first primitive Levitating Cart (or Levi-Cart) is built. It held one person and just enough equipment to keep it afloat and move it forward. It was quickly determined that it required a means to stop its forward motion. In its earliest incarnation, however, the speed was not threatening.

1534 – The pool and levitating coil are built into a single unit giving it more power. They rebuild the body of the cart like a regular horse drawn cart with four of the new coils. It easily holds up the weight of the cart and six Fempiror before riding too low to be effective. The propulsion system on this early model utilizes compressed air intakes for acceleration and braking. The system was inefficient but effective for the time.

1547 – Advances to the propulsion system and the coils increase the efficiency of the Levi-cart and they are produced for Fempiror who request them. Since the Fempiror are self-sufficient, only small scale bartering is initiated as a system of trade. For the most part, if one contributes to the economy, one is permitted anything they desire.

1558 – Levi-carts are given to the Council Head and each of the Council Members. These models have front and back seats as well as straps in a cargo like area in the back of the cart. Landing gear is added to the bottom of the cart to allow the coils to be powered off without damaging them on the ground.

1560 – The Council uses the carts to explore the surrounding areas. Fempiror use the carts to expand their home area.

1565 – The council determines that after several Fempiror die by being too far from Erim that Rastem Safe Houses are necessary in towns within a day’s distance from Erim. Safe Houses are built without windows in several surrounding towns and manned by trained Rastem and other Fempiror. Fempiror are discouraged from using Levi-carts around humans since they do not have this technology. Levi-carts left by the Fempiror killed are brought back to Erim to be repaired and reissued.

1577 – Until this time, new Fempiror are discovered by accident. Their origins were unknown and it worried many of the Council, but there was no way of finding where they came from. A camp of Tepish were discovered by a Rastem exploring more than a day from Erim. Unable to battle such a large number, the Rastem decided the report this back to the council.

The council ordered a detachment of Rastem to that area where the Tepish were once again found holed up. After vanquishing the Tepish there, they make inquiries around the local communities and found many people has disappeared or were found changed or burned up.

The council orders that Rastem patrol as far from Erim and as late as possible to try and determine whether any other Tepish communities exist.

1602 – Several Tepish holes are ousted and destroyed. Many new Fempiror are brought in. No order to the Tepish is discovered at any time, and the holes appear to be independent of each other. No central Tepish mind is found.

1605 – Scientists develop the day-travel cloaks to cover exposed skin from the sunlight during daylight hours in order to facilitate the search for the Tepish.

1641 – The Levi-cart design is overhauled. It is made more efficient and faster so it can go further in a single evening. The Council is given a set of re-issued Levi-Carts.

1672 – Council Head Parashna is killed in a building accident in Erim. Zechariah suspects Tepish involvement in the accident, Full authority is given to council member Zechariah to investigate the suspicions but no evidence is gathered that substantiates it. Karian is appointed by the council to succeed Parashna. Oligar is appointed to Karian’s place on the council.

1741 – Information filters in from Rastem and humans alike regarding strange activities and disappearances far west of Erim. Rastem are ordered to investigate the reports.

1749 – Reports indicate a possible Tepish buildup of enormous proportions. Zechariah petitions the council to lead the Rastem army to an area of land near a town called Hauginstown to investigate this build-up. The council initially denies Zechariah’s request. He insists of the necessity, but they tell him the evidence is inconclusive. He uses this to show that a conclusive investigation be conducted. They finally concede.

1750 – Zechariah leads the army of Rastem to the area of land near Hauginstown close to the Urufdiam plateau on a lead stating there was a Tepish build-up. No evidence of a build-up was found. Zechariah was removed from his position on the grounds of inciting fear among the Fempiror people. He was replaced by Rastem Vladimir. Zechariah makes a home near Hauginstown to further investigate his own reports to prove the Tepish existence.

1760 – Zechariah comes before the council again with several reports of Tepish near Hauginstown. He brings before them no proof of this existence, and his claims are refuted.

1766 – The council forbids any mention of the Tepish Order due to their belief that the Tepish no longer exists. The word causes fear and dissention among the people, they claim and Erim would be more peaceful if the word were outlawed.

1767 – Council member Issachar is left in an open field some distance from Erim for an unknown reason. His remains were found several days later. Some suspect inside Tepish involvement, but due to the new laws, no one is able to bring this up. He is replaced by Vyrnya.

1770 – The Council creates a Fempiror Police Force in Erim to enforce harsh laws regarding dissention and any mention of the Tepish. Several Rastem leave the city to continue their old mission and uphold the Rastem code.

1772 – Scientists create a smaller version of the Levi-Cart for the new Police Force called a Chaser. The smaller cart uses four small Levi-coils to balance it with one rider and a new propulsion system giving it greater speed and control.

1775 – Zechariah brings a new convert named David Taylor to the Council as proof of continued Tepish existence. The council refutes the evidence as an isolated incident. Zechariah opens accuses the council of ignoring the Tepish threat and refusing to serve the people who trust them. The Council orders his arrest and he flees town, being chased by the police force on chasers.

Zechariah, along with Tiberius and council member Vladimir, lead a small force of Rastem into the caves of the Urufdiam plateau where they discover a Tepish buildup. This is the same buildup Zechariah investigated in 1750 that got him removed. They discover that the Elewo of old had made their home in the Urufdiam plateau. Together, they defeat the Tepish in Urufdiam but find many other outlets exist and it is a bigger problem than just Urufdiam.

Zechariah’s new Fempiror, David, escapes back to Hauginstown and unintentionally changes his girlfriend, Beth, into a Fempiror. Zechariah is followed to Hauginstown by Vladimir who engages him in a fatal duel in which Vladimir reveals that Head Karian is the Elrod Malnak of the Tepish Order. Vladimir delivers a fatal wound to Zechariah.

David escapes from Vladimir, leaving his friend, Abraham Barber, behind and at the mercy of Vladimir, who changes the young alchemist into a Fempiror. Abraham is forced into the Tepish ranks by Vladimir and set upon a new project to enhance the strength of the Tepish.

1777 – The new Council sets in place new laws to increase the influx of new Fempiror and enact their vengeance upon humanity. The first law is to issue to all Fempiror in Erim the Nilrof syringes with which they can draw their own blood and inject it into humans to change them.

The human populace of Erim is decimated either by being changed to Fempiror or fleeing for their own lives.

1778 – The old Council Body Hall is demolished and a new Tepish Central is constructed in its place. They are forced to reinforce the base of the 7 story tower due to the discovery of some kind of pool underground.

1779 – A quota is put into place requiring a weekly tribute of one new Fempiror from all citizens of Erim. Many refuse to comply and leave Erim to settle in other cities.

1781 – The quota is removed as it is causing many Fempiror to leave town to go elsewhere. Erim falls into severe disrepair. The Rastem and Elewo create secret bases within Erim’s ruins.

1782 – First tests are conducted using a mutation of the Fempiror serum. Early tests kill the intended subjects.

1785 – The Mutation is created by the Tepish. The Tepish stronghold in Erim is destroyed, but the Tepish escape. The Erim Council is destroyed and all but Karian, the council head, are killed. Karian is changed into a Mutation.

1785-1787 – Mutations wreak havoc across European continent killing and converting Fempiror and humans alike. Many Rastem are separated from the larger group in an effort to protect the human populace from the Mutations and their Tepish creators.

1787 – A group of Fempiror of Elewo and Rastem persuasions, including their leaders of Tiberius and Ulrich, get together with as many of the old minds as they can locate to discuss a course of action. They decide to utilize a shield type technology to survive underwater – where the Mutations cannot go.

1787 – They found a small city on the coast of Spain next to the Atlantic ocean in order to facilitate construction on their underwater city.

1787-90 – The Rastem and Elewo Fempiror patrol the surrounding areas of their town in order to determine if there are any problems. They destroy several Mutations and Tepish Fempiror and take in other new recruits according to their law.

1790 – The initial city is completed, allowing them to abandon their land-based operation, though many land based Fempiror cities still exist. The Fempiror capital city of Erim remains so for many years still.

1795 - Hauginstown is attacked by the Tepish and destroyed. Survivors fled to nearby towns, including the Carpenter family.

1790-1803 – The European Atlantic Fempiror City grows to be able to hold several thousand Fempiror. An effort is made to bring in as many Fempiror as possible who support the old Rastem code. Laws are put into place to control the order they have made under the sea.

1800 - The Tepish begin to construct a hideout in the Carpathian mountains and center their operations there to build a force of Mutations.

1803-1805 – The European Atlantic Fempiror City moves further from the coast of France into the deeper water in an effort to further filter the sunlight and give the Fempiror the first opportunity in hundreds of years to live a 24-hour life cycle.

1805 – Tepish and Mutation attacks have slowed down considerably, but have also spread into many other regions of Europe. Some Fempiror believe that more cities may be necessary in other parts of Europe to ensure control remains established.

1806 – A council is held to discuss the necessity of other Fempiror cities in Europe. They decide to construct cities in the Mediterranean Sea between the borders of Italy and France, in the North Sea off the coast of Belgium, the Baltic Sea between Poland and Sweden, and in the Black Sea between Turkey and Bulgaria. These were decidedly smaller than the one in the ocean, but necessary ports to assist with the spread of Fempiror and Mutations across that region.

1807 – The Fempiror develop a system of short range, wireless communication in order to receive orders from the main city.

1810 - The ports in the Mediterranean, Baltic, North, and Black seas are completed with a small contingency of Fempiror to man the bases and live there to handle new Fempiror and transport them to the main Atlantic City for training.

1811 - Tepish and mutation attacks have almost completely ceased. New Fempiror do continue to turn up indicating some pockets of Tepish, however locating these rogues proves to be very difficult.

1812 – A new breed of Levi-Cart is created which not only contains windows to block the part of the sun that hurts Fempiror, but travels far enough above the surface of the earth to be unnoticeable to the human populace when traveling at high speeds during the day. This was created to facilitate the transportation from the other ports back to the main city.

1814 – A long range communication system is proposed but the methods to make it work are under testing. They know that it would require some kind of receiver placed at a considerable height to work properly. Gravity is a negative factor in this problem.

1815 – A council is held in the European Atlantic Fempiror City to discuss the new United States that recently came into being and the possibility of needing a presence there. It is agreed that a detachment should be sent to the American coast to construct an American Atlantic Fempiror City.

1816 - With the expansion of the Fempiror across the ocean, a World Fempiror Council is founded in order to oversee the laws and codes of the Fempiror World.

2/1817 – Several Levi-Carts depart the European Atlantic Fempiror City for the American coast with materials ready to build the new city and survive as a satellite from the European City.

2/1817 – The Fempiror setup their Levi-carts in the Atlantic Ocean outside the Delaware Bay. They setup a small town near Cape May to rest between building and store supplies.

9/1817 – The initial construction is complete on the American Atlantic Fempiror City, and they sink the city underwater. They removed the town from Cape May and move everything into the new city. Timothy Porter was appointed the first mayor of the city. While not one of the oldest Fempiror, he was transmutated at an older age, making him only 347, but appearing over 70 since he was in his 40’s when changed.

1819 - The current Tepish fortress is discovered in the Carpathian Mountains by David Taylor. The Tepish intended to use Mutations to bulk up their army, but the idea falls flat. The Tepish are destroyed and all but the leader, Vladimir, and Abraham Barber are accounted for. David disappears during the battle and ends up living with Voivode Draculya.

1823 – The Fempiror explore the outer atmosphere of the earth, discovering the air gets considerably thinner the further up you go. Also, the Levi-cart is unable to go beyond a certain level and penetrate the upper atmosphere.

1825 - Henry Kaplin transmutated. At the time, he was married with children. The Tepish captured him, but he escaped and found his way into the hands of the Rastem who helped him into the American Atlantic Fempiror City.

1826 - After several years of wandering, Abraham makes his home in a European country. He changes his last name from Barber to the name of the town he has hidden in, Helsing.

1827 - Erim is finally abandoned in favor of the permanence and safety of the underwater cities.

1829 – The Fempiror send an enclosed, pressurized Levi-cart beyond the atmosphere and report that beyond the realm of the earth’s boundaries, they are in a weightless environment. Further testing reveals that the gravitational pull of the earth keeps the Cart spinning at the earth’s rotational speed. Tragically, when the Cart tries to return to earth, it burns up in the upper atmosphere and is destroyed. An effort is made to increase the heat resistance of the Pressurized Levi-Cart so it can survive a return trip in order to plant a receiver at that altitude.

1836 – Another attempt is made using volunteers to place a receiver in orbit above the Atlantic Ocean. Using a different thrust system above a certain altitude, escape velocity is more easily achieved than before. The receiver is placed and tested between the American and Fempiror cities. Wireless communication is achieved. The necessity of constant high speed Levi-cart transport between the two continents is eliminated.

1840 – As the United States expands across the American continent, the American Atlantic Fempiror City is severely taxed. Mutations and Tepish have crossed the Atlantic and prey on the Americans. Many new Fempiror crowd the Atlantic City. They propose the building of another city off the coast of the California territory.

1841 – Two other Fempiror satellite receivers are placed in orbit. One above the European continent and another above the American.

1842 - The central structure of the new American Pacific Fempiror City is complete. Fempiror move into it, and operations begin to expand its size.

1851 - Ports (reminiscent of the old Rastem Safe Houses) exists throughout the United States. The difficulty in trying to keep up with the transmutations places strains on the Rastem in the cities. When they are unable to retain the transmutated individual, he becomes either a bloodthirsty Mutation or heartless Tepish. Capital punishment keeps these numbers relatively low.

1855-1865 - Growing tension in the United States between the Northern and Southern states makes travel in the States increasingly difficult and night patrols almost impossible. AS the Civil War erupts, the Fempiror are unable to conduct their jobs to protect the humans. During the fighting, many casualties came in the form of Mutation attacks and Mutation and Tepish transmutations. The occasional Fempiror took part in the battles, siding with the North during the nighttime hours and night raids, but the several were turned on by their comrades when they were suspected of being demonic.

1865 - Timothy Porter of the Atlantic American Fempiror City dies. Henry Kaplin is appointed to succeed him.

1875 - The European Atlantic Fempiror City develops a new satellite which can hone in on body temperature, making the location rogue Fempiror very possible. They also develop in conjunction with this a tracker which permits the system to locate its wearer no matter where they are. Although the system is made to permit the identification of the wearer, that capability is not yet in the system.

1886 - The World Fempiror Tracking System (WFTS) is placed in orbit, with the ability to identify the wearer of the tracker. This new system is currently only being used by the European Atlantic Fempiror City which the hopes of adding systems to the ports in Europe over the next few years and a system to the American Cities within the next ten.

1889 - The events of Bram Stoker’s Dracula occur. One version of the events are related to a writer named Bram Stoker, who paints Voivode as an unspeakable evil combining the characters of David, Voivode, Karian, and Vladimir into a single character of Dracula.

1890 - The Baltic, Northern, Black, and Mediterranean Seas Cities receive the WFTS to further assist them in their efforts.

1893 - A record number of Mutations and Tepish are brought into open and destroyed for their crimes. The system reveals that there is an enormous number throughout not only the European countries but throughout the world. Since the numbers continue to expand, the World Fempiror Council predicts it will take many, many years to find every Fempiror in the world, and either bring them in or destroy them, depending on their chosen affiliation and crimes.

1897 - The American Fempiror Cities receive their WFTS to further assist them in their efforts to round up the rogue Fempiror and communicate with their Rastem in the field. Beth stays in the American Atlantic Fempiror City to work the system there and be available if questions arise from any of the other American cities.

September 23, 1989 - Tepish, led by Erech, raid a small town in the United States. During this raid, William and Karen Smith are directed to kill or change a family. After killing the parents, they discover two young children: Alex, who is 2, and Carla, who is 6 months. Unable to finish their duty with these orphans, they take the children and leave the Tepish, raising the children as their own in secrecy.

2004 - David is discovered by the Fempiror in the American Atlantic Fempiror City and taken in. Erech, the leader of the Tepish, discovers William and Karen and invades their home one evening. Erech kills William and Karen and transmutates Alex. Alex is discovered by David and Childress MacCullum of the American Atlantic Fempiror City, who chase Erech all over town trying to save Carla. They discover that Erech never had Carla, and that she was not home during the raid. Alex is trained in the Rastem arts. Carla lives in the city with Alex. David retains his position as a Rastem warrior and occasionally trains, reunited with his old friend, Kaltesh.

2005 - The American Pacific Fempiror City is destroyed in an attack by the Tepish leader Erech. He threatens the stability of the American Atlantic Fempiror City, but the explosive is found before any damage could be done.

2009 - During the height of the war against the Tepish, a cure is discovered, ending the Fempiror race.
